Magnetic Mind Social Scheduler: Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how for anyone who connected a Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok account to the Magnetic Mind Social Scheduler.
Option 1: Email us
Send an email to admin@themagneticmind.institute with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address you used with us. Tell us the account(s) to delete (for example your Facebook Page name, Instagram handle, YouTube channel or TikTok username).
We confirm your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Option 2: Remove our access on the platform
- Facebook / Instagram: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) → select our app → Remove.
- YouTube / Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions → select our app → Remove access.
- TikTok: TikTok app → Profile → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → select our app → Remove.
When access is removed, the platform's tokens stop working. We then stop all scheduled posts for that account and delete the stored tokens.
What gets deleted
- Your account, name and email address
- All access tokens and account identifiers for connected platforms
- Your uploaded images, videos, captions and schedule
- Your post history and reports
Posts that were already published stay on your social media accounts, because they belong to you. You can delete them directly on each platform.
