Magnetic Mind Social Scheduler: Privacy Policy

This policy covers only the Magnetic Mind Social Scheduler (the "Scheduler"). The Magnetic Mind mobile app and website have their own Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are and what the Scheduler does
The Scheduler is operated by The Magnetic Mind Institute ("we", "us"). It lets businesses and creators connect their own social media accounts, add their own images and videos, approve each post, and have it published automatically at the time they choose. Nothing is ever published without your approval.
2. What we access when you connect an account

3. What we store
- Access tokens issued by each platform when you connect it. Tokens are stored encrypted, used only by our posting service, and never shown to other users.
- Account identifiers and names (e.g. Page ID, channel or account name) so we post to the right account and show you which account is connected.
- Your content and schedule: the files you upload, captions, chosen times, approval status, and the result of each post (post ID or error), so we can show you a history.
- Your name and email, to sign you in, send your daily posting report, and alert you when an account needs reconnecting.
4. What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your data or platform data.
- We never use platform data for advertising, profiling, or to train artificial-intelligence models.
- We never post anything you did not approve, and never post to accounts you did not connect.
- We never ask for your social media passwords for official connections; you sign in on the platform's own login page.
5. Google API Services: Limited Use
The Magnetic Mind Institute's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Scheduler uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Sharing and security
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Scheduler (cloud hosting, database and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, and with the social platforms you connect, solely to publish your approved posts. We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption of stored access tokens.
7. How long we keep it
- Access tokens: until you disconnect the account, delete your Scheduler account, or the platform revokes them.
- Uploaded content: removed from our servers within 30 days after it is published or rejected, unless you ask us to keep it.
- Post history (dates, platforms, post IDs, errors): up to 12 months.
8. Disconnecting, revoking and deleting
You can disconnect any account at any time in the Scheduler or by emailing us, or revoke access directly on each platform:
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites)
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions
When access is revoked we delete the related tokens and stop all scheduled posts for that account. To delete all your Scheduler data, follow our Data Deletion instructions; deletion is completed within 30 days.
9. Eligibility
The Scheduler is intended for businesses and creators aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here, update the date above, and email Scheduler users about significant changes.
