Magnetic Mind Social Scheduler: Terms of Service

These terms cover only the Magnetic Mind Social Scheduler (the "Scheduler"). The Magnetic Mind mobile app and website have their own Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance
By using the Scheduler, operated by The Magnetic Mind Institute ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
2. What the Scheduler does
The Scheduler publishes images and videos that you provide and approve to the social media accounts that you connect, at the times you choose. You can edit, reschedule or reject any post before it is published, and disconnect any account at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage every account you connect.
- You own, or have permission to use, all content you upload (images, video, music, text), and it does not infringe anyone's rights.
- Your content must follow the rules of each platform (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) and applicable law. We may refuse or remove content that does not.
- You review each post before approving it. Approved posts are published as approved.
4. Third-party platforms
The Scheduler works through the official APIs of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms; when you connect YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Availability
We work to publish every approved post on time and automatically retry failed posts. Platforms can change their services, limit access or reject posts at any time, so we cannot guarantee publication at the exact scheduled time. Failures are shown in your history and daily report.
6. Fees
Any fees for the Scheduler will be shown to you before you are charged.
7. Your data
See the Scheduler Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time as described on our Data Deletion page.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Scheduler at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse a connected platform. On termination we stop all scheduled posts and delete your data as described in the Scheduler Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The Scheduler is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms, including removal of content or suspension of accounts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
